Attorney Kollin recently represented Greece’s Hellenic Air Force (HAF) in a $22 million breach of contract lawsuit against the United States government, in federal court and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. The HAF sued the Department of Defense after it allegedly delivered faulty surveillance cameras for its RF-4 reconnaissance aircraft and failed in a duty to rectify the problem and honor their arms deal.
